Upon arrival to Cape Town, you will be met at the airport and privately transferred to your hotel.

A splendid way to get to know the Mother City intimately, starting with a hike on the geographical formation which guards her – Table Mountain. After lunch (on own account), explore the history, architecture and culture which makes Cape Town the colorful and vibrant city it is today.

There is no better way to experience the False Bay coastline other than a morning sea kayaking experience. The latter part of the day sees you visiting the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, then on Chapman's Peak Drive to Hout Bay, ending at your hotel in the late afternoon. This tour includes a morning sea-kayaking excursion, and visits to Boulders Beach penguin colony, Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point.

Cape Fusion Tours is a small company that was created to share the love of the Cape, its history, its people, the cultures, the cuisines and for the love of the quirky, artisanal, hip and creative city.

Guests will be collected at 9am for the tour. The tour will stop for a coffee to chat about the history of Apartheid and to give guests a deeper understanding of the people are in this city. Then guests will visit the District 6 Museum to dig deeper into the history of one community that was forcefully evicted from the edge of the city. Then head through to the Bo-Kaap community. This community represents the only people of colour who were not forecefully removed from central Cape Town. Today is boasts brightly coloured houses and is one of the most photographed areas in the city.

In the Bo-Kaap the Tour will stop at the home of a local lady and do a hands on cooking class, guests will fold samosas and make rooties, chilli bites and a local Cape Malay Curry. After lunch a walk around the community and guests get to visit the local spice shop. Full day tour will continue with a walking tour of the oldest part of the city and continue the journey to taste the Cape by experiencing the people, the history, the art and the architecture of our city.

The Franschhoek Wine Tram showcases Franschhoek's breathtaking mountain views while stopping at the following wine estates: Mont Rochelle, Le Lude, La Bri, La Bourgogne, Holden Manz, La Couronne, Rickety Bridge and Grande Provence.

At the appropriate time, you will be met at your hotel and privately transferred to the airport for your flight to Hoedspruit.

Domestic Flight from Cape Town to Hoedspruit

Upon arrival to the Hoedspruit airport, you will be met for airport reception by a lodge representative before being transferred to your lodge. Once at the lodge, check-in and enjoy lunch before your first game drive this afternoon! All meals are included in your stay.

Experience the magic of lighter-than-air flight near the foot of the Drakensberg Escarpment. Enjoy this one-hour long flight over the scenic, Lowveld section of the Blyde River, 15 km west of Hoedspruit. The terrain is a mixture of farmland, private nature reserves and wildlife estates. The mountains to the south and west provide shelter from the prevailing winds, thereby affording you good flying weather on most days.

As the sun rises, the landscape, the vegetation and - if you're lucky, some wildlife - will provide photo opportunities. Game spotting cannot be guaranteed but on most flights you can see plains game like giraffe and wildebeest. The pilots and crew will ensure a safe, enjoyable and informative adventure that will be one of the highlights of your visit to the Kruger to Canyons Biosphere. After the flight, you will make use of the provided transfers and will be returned to your lodge.
