What Our Clients Are Saying

"Our trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Botswana was exceptional. The lodging was comfortable and convenient, tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Tour guides and transfers were punctual. Our Safari camp was a memorable experience with fantastic animal sightings on each game drive. We saw the “big five” and beyond. We will certainly use Yampu the next time our travels require first class service."

A perfect trip from start to finish. Each country, each lodging, every event was well planned and thought out. The service was impeccable. My trip was to Africa and I feel that what we did was a true representation of the countries we visited. As a traveler, every detail was handled for me and my group. Thank you Yampu and Karolina

"Best travel agent ever. The only way I travel now"

"
I have done two extensive trips organized by Yampu Tours. These trips have covered 11 countries - 7 in Africa and 4 in Asia. Without a doubt Yampu has done an excellent job planning for us to see what we wanted and get among the countries comfortably. They are immediately responsive to every question. The itinerary that is sent is complete with details about each hotel, tent, airline and important highlights about each country. The contracted tour agencies in each country also live up to the standard set by Yampu and if you have even a slight problem and contact Yampu, it is taken care of before you even leave that country. We have traveled to 71 countries and used various travel agents. Hands down, Yampu has been the best.

"Every hotel /lodging you set up for us was superb and a place we would gladly rebook or advise any of our friends to book. Every driver was courteous and an excellent and safe driver—most notable in this was our Namibia guide who took us through some scary mountain roads and when questioned about his superb safe driving told us that he had actually taught for the army in difficult terrain driving! Every guide was knowledgeable, courteous and unfailingly helpful including inventiveness about how to structure each tour so that I could participate to the maximum despite my disabilities. Every arrangement was reliable and was on time or early. The times we had to check on or change anything were reachable immediately through the phone numbers you gave us. We couldn’t recommend you or any of the services you provided for us more highly. This was much appreciated because I was traveling with a significant handicap due to Parkinsons disease and didn’t want to be a burden or limit the opportunities of my able bodied sister."

"Africa exceeded every expectation that we had. The weather was outstanding, the food was good. The guides (with the exception of Johannesburg) were great. I only wound up taking 687 pictures. I'm now trying to get these into my computer and into a file that I can send to my friends. They all want to see what we experienced. I have mentioned Yampu several times to friends, telling them how pleased we were with your services. We won't hesitate to recommend you and Yampu in the future. Thanks for playing such a great role in making this a most unforgettable vacation."

"Karolina Guilcapi at Yampu Tours has provided excellent service for me and my brother on two separate trips, one to Mexico last August and, more recently, South Africa (and Botswana and Zimbabwe) last month. In particular on the South Africa trip she worked closely with me to combine and fine tune a number of their tours. I appreciated her recommendation to go to several game reserves and parks, rather than a lot of time at one. And my brother had some last minute complicated logistics (scheduling an all-day teleconference in the middle of our trip and rescheduling his flights when he missed his original flights) for which Karolina was instrumental in coordinating. I highly recommend Yampu as a company and Karolina in particular as an agent."
