I just wanted to write you a quick note to let you know what a great asset Stephanie is to your team. I have been trying to coordinate a trip to Peru since February and I was not able to get what I wanted through all the agencies that I contacted. Somehow I came across with the name of Yampu Tours and after doing some research about the company, I decided to give it a try. From the first moment I spoke with Stephanie, I had a feeling that she was the solution to my puzzle. In less than 24 hours, she had the itinerary with the budget that I needed. I was extremely happy and waiting to give my husband the good news that night, unfortunately, the same day when my husband came home he advised me that the doctor called him with the test results showing some non-life threatening, but issues that had to be dealt with before travel, and he would not be able to go to Peru until next year. Again, I contacted Stephanie and she was just as helpful as when I called her the first time. I cannot compliment Stephanie enough. She has excellent customer service, knowledge of the business and patience. She is always in a good mood and you can tell that no matter how many questions you have, she will be there to help you without feeling that you are bothering her. If all your employees are the same, then you have a special niche that the industry lacks. From experience, I find that a lot of the travel agencies that I contacted, the employees lacked the knowledge, the patience and the excellent customer service.
