Known for its towering Sequoia Trees, this national park is located in California’s southern Sierra Nevada mountains just near Kings Canyon National Park. With some reaching 250 feet in height and 30 feet in diameter, visitors come from near and far to take in the giant trees. The most notable tree is General Sherman, towering almost 300 feet above the forest floor.
