Sometimes we may do that instead of a city tour if the client wants something different: going to a market, then preparing a meal in a chef’s kitchen, adding wine touring, and food and wine pairing when appropriate. Clients can take pisco sour classes, learn to make empanadas in Mendoza, cheese in Ecuador, caipirinhas in Brazil, or chocolate in Belize.
