Tour Overview
Brief Hong Kong is the perfect trip extension or layover add on! Recognized as one of the world’s financial capitals, Hong Kong is a lively metropolitan that offers visitors a blended culture reflecting ancient Chinese traditions and remnants of the British colonization embedded in a modern society. Your tour includes a half-day city tour of Hong Kong’s highlights including the Aberdeen Fishing Village, still very much a part of the modern society. Theses tours can all be added to Yampu highlights of your choice and customized to match your needs and interests.
Hong Kong is best visited during the months of October and November after the rainy season. We recommend combining your trip to Hong Kong with Thailand. * Citizens of most countries including the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and members of the EU staying for fewer than 90 days as a tourist do not require a visa, but passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry into Hong Kong.
* Although yellow fever is not a disease risk in Hong Kong, the government requires travelers arriving from countries with risk of yellow fever virus transmission to present proof of yellow fever vaccination. Besides this, there are no other vaccine requirements, although it is wise to be up to date on your routine inoculations. All travelers should consult their physician or a travel health clinic with plenty of time before their departure date.

This is the most important orientation tour for all visitors to discover the best of Hong Kong. The tour begins with heading to the Victoria Peak, enabling visitors to have a birds eye view of Hong Kong Island and the Kowloon Peninsula. Next, stop at the famous Repulse Bay Beach. Next up, visit the unique Aberdeen Fishing Village where visitors will still see the traditional sampan and the Jumbo Floating Restaurant.
