Tour Overview
Enjoy a thorough wine tour in Chile as you travel with Yampu through Chile’s exquisite wine valleys, Rosario and Casablanca valleys. This tour will conclude in the beautiful coastal town of Valparaiso. The Rosario Valley offers an ideal climate for the cultivation of grapes that produce popular red and white varietals. Casablanca Valley is one of the more recent regions in Chile producing premier wines.
During this enjoyable tour you will travel from Santiago to Rosario Valley and Casablanca Valley. In the Rosario Valley we will stay at the exclusive Casona guest house at the Matetic Vineyard. We will have the opportunity to explore the vineyard’s harmony between their organic agricultural practices and the natural beauty of the Rosario Valley. We will also visit the Casablanca Valley, a fundamental region for the production of Chilean premium white wine. This tour also includes 2 days in Valparaiso; a World Heritage Site and beautiful coastal town nicknamed ‘the Jewel of the Pacific’.

Today, transfer privately from Santiago to the Matetic Vineyard located in the Rosario Valley. On route, pass through Curacavi, an important agricultural region known for its production of fruit and its wide variety of restaurants offering traditional Chilean cuisine.
Upon arrival, settle in and enjoy what Matetic has to offer. Stunningly modern, this new all-organic winery has named their wine EQ which stands for Equilibrio, the Spanish word for balance as in the harmony of soil, climate and vine.

This afternoon, enjoy a city tour of Valparaiso and Vina del Mar, the Garden City. Discover the history of Vina del Mar by traveling down its main streets and avenues making the way to Valparaiso. The first stop in Valparaiso is the 'Artilleria' lift, an impressive viewpoint that overlooks the city and its port. Continue onward to visit San Luis Square and the impressive 19th century architecture of the surrounding Cathedrals. Travel down traditional alleyways to the Baburitza Palace and Plaza Sotomayor. This tour concludes along the main avenues of Valparaiso, passing Chile's parliament buildings and other examples of historical architecture that has made the city a World Heritage Site.
