Welcome to Uganda

Arrive at Entebbe International Airport, where a warm welcome awaits.

After assistance with entry formalities, your dedicated guide will accompany you on a seamless transfer to your hotel in Kampala, allowing you to relax and take in your first glimpses of this vibrant country.

(Approximate travel time: 1 hour)

Overnight stay in Kampala.

Kampala - Kibale

Breakfast at the hotel followed by transfer to the airport for your scheduled flight to Kasese.

On arrival at the airstrip, you will be met by your drive/guide and transferred to the lodge (Approximately transfer time 1.5 - 2hours).

Rest of the day at leisure.

Overnight in Kibale.

Kibale National park - Chimpanzee Trekking

Start your day with a transfer to the park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing, followed by an unforgettable Chimpanzee Trekking experience in Kibale National Park.

Renowned for its chimpanzee population, the park is also home to 12 other primate species, 70 mammal species, and over 375 bird species. Spanning 795 km² (307 mi²), it features diverse habitats, including tropical forest, grasslands, and swamps, set on an elevated plateau. The landscape contrasts dramatically, dropping from 1,590 m (5,216 ft) to 1,100 m (3,608 ft) in the rift valley, where woodland meets open savannah plains.

Enjoy lunch at the lodge before heading out on a guided nature walk in the Bigodi Wetlands, a sanctuary teeming with birdlife and unique flora.

After the tour, you will be transferred back to the lodge.

Tree Planting in Kibale - Queen Elizabeth National Park

Today you'll have the opportunity to take part in our reforestation project by planting a tree near Kibale Forest.

Later you will return to the lodge for lunch. Then, transfer by road to Queen Elizabeth National Park (approximately 2.5-3 hours), arriving for a game drive in the late afternoon as you transfer to your lodge.

Overnight in Quen Elizabeth National Park.

Today you'll have the opportunity to take part in our reforestation project by planting a tree near Kibale Forest.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Begin your day with an exciting morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Uganda’s premier wildlife destination. Spanning nearly 2,000 km² (772 mi²) across the equator, the park boasts diverse habitats, from forests and wetlands to open savannas and crater-dotted hills. It is home to a wide array of wildlife, including ten primate species and the famous tree-climbing lions of the Ishasha Plains.

Return to the lodge for lunch before embarking on an afternoon boat safari along the Kazinga Channel. This scenic waterway, framed by the majestic Ruwenzori Mountains, offers panoramic views and excellent opportunities to spot hippos, elephants, buffaloes, and abundant birdlife.

First Gorilla Trekking Adventure in Bwindi

In the morning, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park headquarters for a pre-trek briefing.

Spanning only 321 km² (124 mi²), Bwindi is renowned for its incredible biodiversity, lush rainforests dating back over 25,000 years, and as the sanctuary for nearly 400 mountain gorillas, representing almost half of the world’s population. The park is also home to 120 mammal species, over 350 bird species, and almost 400 plant varieties.

Embark on your life-changing Gorilla Trekking adventure. Guided by experienced park rangers, traverse dense bamboo forests and hardwood trees, steep terrains, and flowing streams in search of a gorilla family.
