Lodge Overview
An incredibly beautifully-constructed villa featuring a grand palapa front room with wall-to-wall panoramic views of the beach and sea. Villa Miramar is irrefutably a vision from the heavens. This extraordinary oceanfront home is situated along the coastal beach road, just one-and-a-half miles south of the cliffside ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum and within walking distance of some of Tulum’s top restaurants.
This spectacular beach villa will leave you breathless. Walk in and have a view directly through the home to a private swimming pool situated in front of the Caribbean. Enjoy cocktails or a swim and watch the rolling waves. It’s about as peaceful and serene as it can get! The breezy, sun-drenched palapa creates the perfect atmosphere for quiet contemplation, romance, or entertaining guests. Go out and soak up the sun, swim in the surf and snorkel one of the best areas in Tulum, or stargaze at night on the deck with the sounds of the waves, the breeze in your hair, and a glass of wine. From upstairs on the other side of the villa, you can often catch a sun setting beyond the vast and lush green jungle. A spectacular sight to see! Or wake early to catch a sunrise any given day from the comfort of the grandiose palapa living room or view it from floating in the beachside pool.

Tulum
Tulum is the site of a pre-Columbian Mayan walled city which served as a major port for Coba, in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. The ruins are situated on 12-meter-tall cliffs along the east coast of the Yucatán Peninsula on the Caribbean Sea. Tulum was one of the last cities built and inhabited by the Maya and achieved its greatest prominence between the 13th and 15th centuries. Maya continued to occupy Tulum for about 70 years after the Spanish began occupying Mexico, but the city was abandoned by the end of the 16th century. Tulum is one of the best-preserved coastal Maya sites, and today a popular site for tourists.

Quintana Roo, located on the eastern part of the Yucatán Peninsula, shares borders with Campeche and Yucatán, while also having a coastal line along the Caribbean Sea to the east and the Gulf of Mexico to the north. Formerly encompassing 44,705 square kilometers, the state resolved a boundary dispute in 2013, favoring Campeche and benefiting Yucatán. Quintana Roo is renowned for its vibrant destinations such as Cancún, Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Bacalar, Playa del Carmen, and Akumal, along with captivating ancient Maya ruins like Chacchoben, Cobá, Kohunlich, Muyil, Tulum, Xel-Há, San Gervasio, and Xcaret.
